Freedom for Ukraine Concert – From Riga, Latvia
Citizens of Riga come together for a concert downtown in Riga, to support the people of Ukraine. The Freedom for Ukraine features stars of the Latvian music scene among others Ralfs Eilands & Dagamba, Ieva Akuratere, Aminata, Elza Rozentale, as well as traditional communal singing with many Latvian and Ukrainian songs sung with the audience. The emotional rendition of the Ukrainian national anthem became a particularly moving moment. The concert is an emotional sign of solidarity of people in Latvia with the affected people in Ukraine.

Chick Corea Trio – Live at Malta Jazz Festival
When Chick Corea passed away at the beginning of 2021, the world lost one of its most imaginative and revered musical brains. Corea was utterly unrestricted on the piano, the instrument he began at age four when his trumpeter father introduced him to jazz and dixieland. His Akoustic Band, with bassist John Patitucci and drummer Dave Weckl, was one of the defining piano trios in jazz of the last three decades. The 2018 Malta Jazz Festival in La Valetta was headlined by the Chick Corea Trio and is one of the last taped concerts of Chick Corea.
Gonzalo Rubalcaba & Aymee Nuviola at Bayfront Jazz Festival
The 2021 inaugural edition of the Bayfront Jazz Festival takes place in Miami’s Bayfront Park. One highlight of Bay Front Jazz Festival was Gonzalo Rubalcaba ,— another Cuban pianist —, who left Cuba in the early 1990s and now resides in Coral Gables, near downtown Miami — appeared with singer Aymée Nuviola, with whom he made the Grammy-nominated album Viento y Tiempo – Live at Blue Note Tokyo.
Brian & Roger Eno Live at the Acropolis
Brian and Roger Eno have performed their first-ever live show together, taking place in August 2021 as part of the Athens Epidaurus Festival in Greece. The event see the brothers perform atmospheric musical landscapes from legendary productions that includes ambient records, television soundtracks and film scores, visualised images applied to the stones of the legendary Odeon of Herodes Atticus amphitheatre. It is also one of the very rare occasions that Brian Eno has ever performed live.

Italian pianist and composer Ludovico Einaudi closed out his „In a Time Lapse“ two-and-ahalf year European tour on the opulent stage of the Baths of Caracalla in Rome. Einaudi‘s performance, which received a standing ovation, was divided into two parts, the first of which saw him accompanied by a choir and guitars, violins and cellos, while in the second half, he took to the piano alone. For his concert in Rome, theTurin musicians put together an eclectic mix of genres, including folk, jazz, classical, pop, and electronica. The audience was visibly transported by the music, with the concert ending in a festive atmosphere as concert-goers clapped in time to the music. Even the usually reserved Einaudi let loose on stage, resulting in a passionate and highly charged performance!
