After a break-up in 1987, Culture Club reunited in 1998. They were the first band since The Beatles to achieve three top 10 hits from their debut album on the Billboard chart.

Jeff Beck is an English rock guitarist. He is one of the three noted guitarists to have played with The Yardbirds (the other two beingEric Clapton and Jimmy Page). John Newman is an English singer and musician. He is best known for the track „Love Me Again“ which peaked at number one on the UK Singles Chart. He was one of the most successful and praised British singers in 2013. He was nominated for three Brit Awards, including for British Male Solo Artist, at the 2014 BRIT Awards. As of February 2014, Newman has sold over 1.3 million records in the UK alone.

Kaiser Chiefs are an English indie rock band from Leeds who formed in 2000. Primarily inspired by new wave and punk rock music of the late 1970s and 1980s, the band have released five original studio albums and numerous singles, including the number one hit song „Ruby“. Their album „Employment“ enjoyed critical and commercial success with over three million copies sold. It has won the band three Brit Awards, including the award for Best British Group, a NME award for Best Album, and was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize.

Laura Mvula, born in Birmingham, is a classically trained vocalist with an orchestral pop style all her own. She stated her influences include Nina Simone, Erykah Badu and Lauryn Hill and is often compared to other neo-soul artists, both those who shared her classical training, like Amy Winehouse, and those who don’t, like Jill Scott. Although her lyrics sometimes communicate an impersonal strain of melancholy, the music is anything but, dazzling with powerful, vibrant arrangements.

Parov Stelar s an Austrian musician, producer and DJ. His musical style is based in a combination of jazz, house, electro and breakbeat. He is known as one of the pioneers of electro swing. Parov Stelar worked with Lana Del Rey, Bryan Ferry and Lady Gaga. He released six albums, more than twenty EPs and sold more than 250,000 albums independently. The track „Booty Swing“ reached top chart positions in the electronic US and Canadian iTunes charts. His tracks have been used on hundreds of compilations worldwide as well as in TV shows, TV series, movies and advertising spots which brought him international recognition. The video clips using his music count over 100 million views by now. A performance by Australian-based Canadian dancer „takeSomeCrime“ to the electroswing track „Catgroove“ has over 25 million views on YouTube.

Rodrigo y Gabriela are a Mexican acoustic guitar duo whose music is influenced by a number of genres including nuevo flamenco, rock, and heavy metal. The duo‘s recordings consist largely of instrumental duets on the classical guitar. Currently residing in Mexico City, they began their career in Dublin, Ireland, during an eight-year stay. In 2011 they collaborated with Hans Zimmer on the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides soundtrack while also contributing to the soundtrack for the Shrek prequel Puss in Boots. They have toured internationally and in May 2010, performed at The White House for President Barack Obama.
